3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
- Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.

- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
