At evaracreation.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. 📦 Return Eligibility

   We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if:

   • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
   • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
   • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

   👉 Return request must be raised within 7 days with proof.

2. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

   We do NOT accept returns for:

   • Used, worn, or washed products
   • Products without original tags
   • Items purchased during sale/discount
   • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
3. 🔄 Exchange Policy
   • We offer size or product exchange only (subject to stock availability)
   • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
   • If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product
4. 💰 Refund Policy

   Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

   • Wrong product delivered
   • Damaged or defective product received
   • Order cancelled before dispatch

   Refund Method:

   • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
   • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

   Timeline:

   • Refund processed within 5–7 business days after approval

     • Order ID
     • Issue details
     • Product images/videos (mandatory for damaged/wrong items)
   • Our team will verify and approve the request

   Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping:

   • Reverse pickup will be arranged if service is available in your area
   • If not available, you must self-ship the product

   Shipping Charges:

   • Free for wrong/damaged product
   • Customer bears shipping cost for other reasons (like size issue)
6. ❌ Cancellation Policy
   • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
   • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. 🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
   • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
   • For COD orders:
     • We may offer exchange only (no refund)
     • Repeated fake orders may lead to COD restriction
8. 📦 Return Rejection Conditions

   We reserve the right to reject returns if:

   • Product shows signs of use
   • Tags are missing
   • Return request is made after 7 days
